Are the products authentic?


Yes — authenticity is guaranteed. Each item is sourced from trusted suppliers and inspected by our quality control team before being listed. We only sell genuine designer and premium brands.

What’s the difference between Like-New and stock items?

Like-New items are gently used and inspected to ensure they’re in excellent condition.
Stock items are new, unused products — often from previous collections or overstock from stores.

What condition are Like-New items in?

All pre-owned products are graded and listed as Like New” condition. Each product page includes photos showing any minor signs of wear, so you always know exactly what you’re buying.

How can I be sure of the item’s size and fit?

Each product listing includes detailed measurements, size tags, and brand sizing notes. Since most items are one-of-a-kind, we recommend checking the measurements carefully before purchasing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations in Egypt. All online transactions are protected through trusted payment gateways.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — we want you to love your purchase.

  • New items (with tags) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Pre-owned items may be returned upon approval by our Quality Control Department, within 3 days of receiving the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other Governorates: 3–7 business days
    International delivery depends on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
