  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • We deliver across Egypt using our trusted shipping partners.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

    • Other Governorates: 3–7 business days

  • We also offer international shipping; delivery time and cost depend on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Payment Options

  • We accept online payments via secure gateways.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for certain locations within Egypt.

Returns & Exchanges

  • For new items (with original tags):

    • You may return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with tags attached.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For pre-owned items:

    • Returns are possible only after approval from our Quality Control Department.

    • Customers must submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.

    • The item will be inspected to ensure it is in the same condition as delivered.

    • Approved returns will be eligible for exchange or refund, depending on availability.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side (wrong item, major defect).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
